Why not join us for a Maximum Heart Rate Test this week? Doing the test will verify that the percentage of max that you work to with your Heart Rate Monitor is accurate to your unique physiology, and as such this is an important session that will help with your training and racing throughout the coming season.
Note that this is an extreme test to exhaustion. As such, please make sure that you are fully hydrated, fully rested and are fit and happy to conduct the test. Yes, there is a little bit of pain involved… 🙂
