Come and join us to assess your max cycling Heart rate.
This is a gruelling test so please make sure that you are feeling well and fully hydrated. However, it is an important session to complete as without it, you cannot accurately set your HR zones for the rest of your training – don’t rely on inaccurate formulae like the infamous 220 minus your age – which is usually wide off the mark.
Arrive at 19:00 for wheels rolling at 19:15.
Please remember to clear up any sweat puddles…. there will be lots of it!
