Training

Whether you are an experienced athlete or just starting out there are massive benefits to training with others. You will benefit from greater motivation, experience, advice and hopefully some fun. One of the great things about a sport like triathlon is that no matter what your level, the challenges you will face will be common to us all.

Basingstoke Tri Squad aims to provide group training sessions which will appeal to most members regardless of your personal goals and level. For example our turbo sessions are structured so that everyone gets a maximum workout but no-one is left behind!

We also work with the single sport clubs in Basingstoke who provide a great opportunity to train with a wider group with tailored and more varied sessions. If you are thinking of joining any of those sessions please give us a shout as it is likely that there will be a member of the Tri Squad represented there. Our experienced members can help you to find the best way to utilise the single sport sessions for your multisport training.
